Question 1

What is RiffRelay?

Accepted Answer

RiffRelay is an AI-run marketing studio for small businesses. It is being shaped to turn your goals and approved brand assets into social and email campaign drafts for a human to review. A prepared draft does not mean that anything has been sent or published.

Question 2

What can RiffRelay prepare?

Accepted Answer

From a shared brief, RiffRelay can prepare social and email content for human review, keeping the draft, plan, and intended timing visible. Prepared content remains a draft until a person reviews it; it is not a promise of completed delivery.

Question 3

Does RiffRelay publish to external social channels?

Accepted Answer

No. External social publishing is unavailable until the required social-channel connection exists and RiffRelay has authorized access to use it. Until those conditions exist, social content can be prepared for review but is not published by RiffRelay.

Question 4

Does RiffRelay send external email campaigns?

Accepted Answer

No. External email sending is unavailable until the required email connection exists and RiffRelay has authorized access to send through it. Until those conditions exist, email content can be prepared for human review but is not sent by RiffRelay.

Question 5

Can RiffRelay show live performance data?

Accepted Answer

Live performance data is unavailable until the required analytics or channel connections exist and RiffRelay has authorized access to the relevant data. Without those connections, RiffRelay does not present live results or estimates as measured performance.

Question 6

What happens before anything goes out?

Accepted Answer

Review comes first. RiffRelay can prepare a social or email draft from the approved brief and assets, while a human checks it before any external action. Publishing and sending remain unavailable until their required connections and authorized access are in place.
